Recirculation from the pump outlet port through the flow control orifice to the seal and simultaneously from the gland box through a control orifice (if required) to pump suction. This allows fluid to enter the gland box and provide cooling while continually venting and reducing the pressure in the gland box. Plan 14 is a combination of Plan 11 and Plan 13.
