INFORMATION OBLIGATION FOR CLIENTS AND CONTRACTORS

Implementing the obligation imposed on the Personal Data Controller, we would like to inform that:

  1. The Controller of your personal data is ANGA Uszczelnienia Mechaniczne sp. z o.o. ul. Wyzwolenia 550, 43-340 Kozy, KRS 0000018137, REGON 070478081, NIP 9370000505;
  2. We have appointed a Data Protection Officer whom you can contact regarding the protection of your personal data at: 33/827 80 00; e-mail: iod@anga.com.pl, or in a letter sent to the address of our headquarters, specified in item I.
  3. We will process your data in order to:
    • take actions before concluding a contract at the request of the data subject or perform the contract which the data subject is a party to (Article 6 (1) letter b of the GDPR),
    • the performance of legal obligations, including tax and accounting obligations (Article 6 (1) letter c of the GDPR),
    • assert possible claims arising from civil law provisions and defend against such claims, if they arise (Article 6 (1) letter f of the GDPR),
    • market our own products or services (Article 6 (1) letter f of the GDPR).
  4. Your personal data will be stored for the duration of the contract that binds us, and after it has expired for the period necessary for after-sales customer service (handling complaints) and fulfilling our obligations under tax and accounting regulations, as well as for the possible determination, assertion or defence against claims. In terms of direct marketing, we will process your data until you file an objection.
  5. The recipients of your personal data will be entities to whom we have the obligation to provide data pursuant to the applicable law, and entities with whom we have signed personal data processing agreements, e.g. Aviomechanika sp. z o.o., Certech sp. z o.o., Grupa ANGA Spółka z o.o., our sales offices, IT service providers, a security company, company destroying documents, cleaning company.
  6. Your personal data will not be transferred outside the EEA (European Economic Area).
  7. You have the right to access your data, the right to rectify it, delete it, limit their processing, to transfer data, to raise objections and the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory body.
  8. Providing data by you is a condition for the conclusion of the contract, but the consequence of a failure to provide them will be the inability to conclude and implement the contract.
  9. The data will not be processed in an automated way, including in the form of profiling.

INFORMATION OBLIGATION FOR PEOPLE APPLYING FOR A JOB

Implementing the obligation imposed on the Personal Data Controller, we would like to inform that:

  1. The Controller of your personal data is ANGA Uszczelnienia Mechaniczne sp. z o.o. ul. Wyzwolenia 550, 43-340 Kozy, KRS 0000018137, REGON 070478081, NIP 9370000505;
  2. We have appointed a Data Protection Officer whom you can contact regarding the protection of your personal data at: 33/827 80 00; e-mail: iod@anga.com.pl, or in a letter sent to the address of our headquarters, specified in item I.
  3. As a Controller, we shall process your data within the scope indicated in the labour legislation for the purpose of the current recruitment (Article 6(1)(b) of GDPR), while other data, contact information included, shall be processed on the basis of the consent (Article 6(1)(a) of GDPR) that can be withdrawn at any time. We shall process personal data also during next staff recruitments if you give your consent to it (Article 6(1)(a) of GDPR) that can be withdrawn at any time.
  4. ANGA Uszczelnienia Mechaniczne will transfer your personal data to other recipients with whom we have signed personal data processing agreements, e.g. Aviomechanika sp. z o.o., Certech sp. z o.o., Grupa ANGA Spółka z o.o., IT services provider, a company destroying documents, placing recruitment advertisements, security company and cleaning company.
  5. Your personal data will not be transferred outside the EEA.
  6. Your personal data will be stored until the end of the recruitment process for the position you have applied for and/or until the withdrawal of your consent and only to the extent the consent has been granted.
  7. You have the right to access your data, the right to rectify it, delete it, limit their processing, to transfer data, to raise objections and the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory body. You can withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing which was carried out on the basis of consent expressed prior to its withdrawal. A statement of withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data must be submitted in writing to the address indicated in item I or by e-mail to the following address: iod@anga.com.pl.
  8. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to participate in recruitment.
  9. The data will not be processed in an automated way, including in the form of profiling.

INFORMATION CLAUSE FOR CONTACT PERSONS (E.G., CUSTOMER’S/ BUSINESS PARTNER’S EMPLOYEES)

In order to fulfil the obligation imposed on the Personal Data Controller, we would like to inform you that:

  1. The Controller of your personal data is ANGA Uszczelnienia Mechaniczne sp. z o.o., ul. Wyzwolenia 550, 43-340 Kozy, phone no.: 33/827-80-00, e-mail: anga@anga.com.pl; National Court Register No.: KRS 0000018137, Statistical Identification Number [REGON]: 070478081, Tax Identification Number [NIP]: 9370000505;
  2. We have appointed the Data Protection Officer whom you can contact about your personal data protection by phone, no.: 33/827 80 00; e-mail: iod@anga.com.pl, or by letter sent to our registered address indicated in item I.
  3. JAs the Controller Administrator, we shall process your data, as this is necessary for the performance of a contract or for taking actions related to entering into a contract with our Customer/ Business Partner who has appointed you as a contact person for us. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is the legitimate interest of the Controller (Art. 6 (1) (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation [GDPR]), which consists in:
    • enabling us to contact you, correspond with you, for the purposes of undertaken or continued cooperation, resulting from a contract entered into with our Customer/ Business Partner who has appointed you as a contact person for us;
    • possible establishment, exercise or defence of claims resulting from the application of a contract entered into with our Customer/ Business Partner who has appointed you as a contact person for us.
  4. ANGA Uszczelnienia Mechaniczne may transfer your personal data to other recipients, such as Aviomechanika sp. z o.o., Certech sp. z o.o., Grupa ANGA Spółka z o.o., the providers of IT services, document shredding and destruction services, security services and cleaning services, with whom agreements on entrusting personal data have been signed.
  5. Your personal data will not be transferred outside the EEA.
  6. Your personal data shall be stored throughout the term of the contract entered into with our Customer/ Business Partner who has appointed you as a contact person for us, and after the termination thereof, for the period necessary for possible establishment, exercise or defence of claims. Since your data are processed pursuant to the legitimate interest of the Controller, they may also be processed until you object.
  7. You have the right of access to, rectification or erasure of your data or restriction of processing, the right of data portability, the right to object and the right to file a complaint with a supervisory authority.
  8. Giving personal data is done freely, however not giving the data will prevent us from contacting you for the purposes related to the performance of a contract, exchange of correspondence, for the purposes of undertaken or continued cooperation, resulting from a contract entered into with our Customer/ Business Partner who has appointed you as a contact person for us.
  9. Your data will not be processed in an automated way, including in the form of profiling.
