INFORMATION OBLIGATION FOR CLIENTS AND CONTRACTORS
Implementing the obligation imposed on the Personal Data Controller, we would like to inform that:
- The Controller of your personal data is ANGA Uszczelnienia Mechaniczne sp. z o.o. ul. Wyzwolenia 550, 43-340 Kozy, KRS 0000018137, REGON 070478081, NIP 9370000505;
- We have appointed a Data Protection Officer whom you can contact regarding the protection of your personal data at: 33/827 80 00; e-mail: iod@anga.com.pl, or in a letter sent to the address of our headquarters, specified in item I.
- We will process your data in order to:
- take actions before concluding a contract at the request of the data subject or perform the contract which the data subject is a party to (Article 6 (1) letter b of the GDPR),
- the performance of legal obligations, including tax and accounting obligations (Article 6 (1) letter c of the GDPR),
- assert possible claims arising from civil law provisions and defend against such claims, if they arise (Article 6 (1) letter f of the GDPR),
- market our own products or services (Article 6 (1) letter f of the GDPR).
- Your personal data will be stored for the duration of the contract that binds us, and after it has expired for the period necessary for after-sales customer service (handling complaints) and fulfilling our obligations under tax and accounting regulations, as well as for the possible determination, assertion or defence against claims. In terms of direct marketing, we will process your data until you file an objection.
- The recipients of your personal data will be entities to whom we have the obligation to provide data pursuant to the applicable law, and entities with whom we have signed personal data processing agreements, e.g. Aviomechanika sp. z o.o., Certech sp. z o.o., Grupa ANGA Spółka z o.o., our sales offices, IT service providers, a security company, company destroying documents, cleaning company.
- Your personal data will not be transferred outside the EEA (European Economic Area).
- You have the right to access your data, the right to rectify it, delete it, limit their processing, to transfer data, to raise objections and the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory body.
- Providing data by you is a condition for the conclusion of the contract, but the consequence of a failure to provide them will be the inability to conclude and implement the contract.
- The data will not be processed in an automated way, including in the form of profiling.
